Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie are returning to reality TV! Stars team up for new show, more than 20 years after starring on The Simple Life

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie are ready to rule reality TV together once again.

The Hilton heiress, 43, and the fashion designer, 42, starred on The Simple Life from 2003 to 2007, where they traded the glitz of Hollywood for small-town America, and now they’re working together on a new show according to TMZ.

The premise of the series has not yet been revealed, although production sources shared that it will not be an exact copy of their previous show nor will it have the same name.

Paris and Nicole have already sold their proposal to a streamer, after reportedly talking about the project for months and trying to come up with ideas on how they could work together again.

The show is still in its early stages of development and nothing has been filmed yet.

The show celebrated its 20th anniversary last year.

For the occasion, Hilton posted a series of photos of her and Richie on Instagram.

‘Happy 20th anniversary to the show that started it all, The Simple Life! Filming this series with @NicoleRichie was one of the most special, fun, and iconic moments of my life. I’m so lucky to have these amazing memories!’ she wrote in the caption.

Richie also marked the occasion, sharing a reel of some of her and Hilton’s Simple Life highlights.

“20 years ago, we not only became TV stars…we also became songwriters,” he humorously wrote in the caption. ‘Happy anniversary Sill @parishilton’.

Last month, Nicole admitted that her teenage children refuse to watch reruns and clips of The Simple Life as she returns to TikTok.

The actress told Variety that her son Sparrow, 14, and daughter Harlow, 16, are not fans of her previous television work, as it interferes with the way they view her as a mother.

“Apparently The Simple Life is having a big moment on TikTok, so they tell me they watch clips on TikTok,” the actress said of her children.
