People close to the £52m player believe he could end up in England, Chelsea in talks to sign him

Chelsea appear to be in a good position to sign a winger ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Blues already have Cole Palmer, Noni Madueke, Mykhailo Mudryk and Raheem Sterling.

They invested a lot in those players, with Mudryk being one of the most expensive signings in the club’s history.

However, it seems that Chelsea are also thinking about the future and want to sign a young winger this summer.

In terms of expenses, it has already been confirmed that Thiago Silva will leave the club to join Fluminense.

Chelsea’s target could move to the Premier League or the Bundesliga

He will not be able to officially sign for Chelsea this summer because he is still 17 years old.

However, according to journalist Ben Jacobs, the ‘bleus’ are in talks to sign Estevao Willian from Palmeiras.

Jacobs has also claimed that people close to Estevao, who has a €60m (£51.6m) release clause, expect him to end up in the Premier League or Bundesliga.

Estevao would not be the first young Brazilian to sign for Chelsea.

Since Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital took over, the club has already signed Deivid Washington, Angelo and Andrey Santos.

Estevao Willian and Kendry Paez, the future of Chelsea?

Chelsea have not only focused on young Brazilians. The Blues have also signed Ecuadorian midfielder Kendry Páez.

Páez seems destined to go far in the game, he is already international with Ecuador at only 17 years old.

He recently scored a fantastic goal for his current team, Independiente del Valle, in a 1-0 win against Deportivo Cuenca and is confident he can hit the ground running at Chelsea.

With the young players they already have, the arrival of Páez and the addition of Estevao could make Chelsea a very exciting team to follow in the future. Of course, they have to come to a deal for the latter first, but as of now, it looks like they will.
