Meeting between King Charles and Prince Harry canceled due to “a disagreement”

Prince Harry and King Charles may be just a stone’s throw away, but the father-son duo won’t be reuniting.

The Duke of Sussex is “very disappointed” at not being able to see his cancer-stricken father during his visit to the UK after the king himself reportedly denied him.

The reason for the cancellation of the meeting seems to be Queen Camilla, according to a source cited by Daily express.

“Of course, Harry is extremely disappointed that he has not been granted a meeting with his father this time,” the source said.

“It’s even harder to understand when you consider that the couple will be in the same city, at the same time and just a stone’s throw away from each other.”

Prince Harry is currently at St. Paul’s Cathedral, which is located near Buckingham Palace, where the monarch will host a garden party.

Insiders revealed that the reason why the Sussex camp and the Palace were working on a way to organize a meeting, but a conflict arose that Queen Camilla will also be alongside Charles when the meeting takes place.

“There has not yet been an agreement on whether there will be time to meet on the 8th,” the source said.

“Attendees are convinced that if a meeting were to take place at Buckingham Palace tomorrow, the Queen will also be present, which could prove a bone of contention.”
