Frankfurt – Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has incorporated Torsten Limberg as a partner in the Finance area. He joins the firm’s Frankfurt office from Ashurst LLP.

Limberg concentrates his practice in banking and capital markets, as well as domestic and international asset financing. For more than a decade, he has represented credit institutions and financial services providers in complex international factoring transactions with major sellers, such as large publicly traded German companies (DAX, MDAX and TecDAX) and Fortune 500 companies. He also has extensive experience in negotiating loan agreements and debt base financing agreements linked to accounts receivable transactions.

In addition, Limberg advises banks, investment funds and investors on real estate financing with cross-border elements, including mortgage bond lending and senior and mezzanine loans. He also regularly advises on the transfer of loan portfolios in the context of restructurings.
