EFCC and Sacerdote Mayor de Cubana will reach an extrajudicial agreement

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and famous bartender Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as the Cuban High Priest, have reached a deal to settle the naira abuse charge out of court, The Nation Newspaper reports.

The out-of-court agreement was known when the process resumed on Thursday.

The High Priest of Cubana appeared before Judge Kehinde Ogundare, facing three charges related to the abuse of the national currency at a social gathering.

These actions violate the Central Bank Law of 2007.
